Supra does not give Affiliates full access to the Supra Lock Boxes as Real Estate Agents. Home Inspectors, Termite/pest control agents, Photographers, Appraisers, etc are limited access by a Call Before Showing (CBS) code. This is a 7 digits code that was set up when you first received your lockbox. Below is a quick video explaining how to see what your CBS code is.
