“Ric has performed several home inspections for my clients purchasing homes. He is very thorough and takes time to walk around the house educating the buyer about the home as well as pointing out deficiencies with the home.
Most home inspectors simply show photos on a computer screen rather than showing the buyer in person. Sometimes photos can look way worse in a report and cause more concern unnecessarily. Ric is great in advising clients of the more serious items to be concerned with as well as advising what is normal for the age of the home being inspected.

Then he writes the report at the end of the inspection, and he also walks the Buyers through the property, pointing out items they will see in the written report. The report comes with many photos, often times with videos.
